What are the shipping costs?
All orders over €35 are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands. For orders under €35, shipping costs are €6.95. Shipping within Europe costs €20.00, and worldwide shipping costs €40.00.
What is the delivery time?
We usually ship our orders on Thursdays and/or Fridays. If you have special requests regarding delivery, please contact us by phone or email and we will be happy to see what we can do for you.
Product out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, please contact us. We will inform you and provide an estimated delivery time.

Returns
Have you purchased a product from our webshop but wish to cancel your purchase? You may do so within the 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date of receipt, by exercising your legal right of withdrawal. Withdrawal is only possible by using this form. Please complete and sign the form and return it together with the product to:

Verzending
Wat zijn de verzendkosten?
Alle bestellingen boven de €35,- worden gratis bezorgd in Nederland. Heeft uw bestelling een waarde van minder dan €35,- dan rekenen wij €6,95 verzendkosten. De verzendkosten naar landen in Europa bedraagt €20,00 en wereldwijd zijn de verzendkosten €40,00.
Wat is de levertijd?
Wij verzenden onze bestellingen meestal op donderdag en/of vrijdag. Mocht u hierover speciale wensen hebben, neem dan telefonisch of via de e-mail contact met ons op, dan kunnen we altijd kijken wat we voor u kunnen betekenen.
Product niet op voorraad?
Is er een product niet op voorraad neem dan contact met ons op. Wij brengen u dan op de hoogte en geven een schattig van de levertijd.

U hebt een product gekocht in onze webwinkel, maar wenst de aankoop nu ongedaan te maken. Dat kan door tijdens de bedenktijd van 14 dagen, vanaf ontvangstdatum, gebruik te maken van het wettelijke herroepingsrecht. Herroepen is uitsluitend mogelijk door middel van dit formulier.
